Pixel Ink Design does Asheville. We (Suze & Ev)
have designed over 100 websites internationally, but
until August 2008 we had only designed a handful of
local websites. The main reason being that we make our
living online with our own Internet ventures (and have
since early 2004) and didn't really have the incentive
or time.
Due to our success, many locals have wanted us to design websites for their small businesses because they see that we know how to approach the Internet from a small business point of view as well as from a design point of view. Many web designers are solely approaching web design from a creative design aesthetical intention. Through the use of Spiral Dynamics & Integral Theory we are able to create business websites that get a phenomenal response both in ranking AND in call to action. That is the trick!
We also have created our own original work flow mechanisms (4 years in the making) that allows us to create websites at a savings of over 50%! We feel many small businesses (especially start ups) are being overlooked by web designers in Asheville with the constant quest for the $5k+ web design gig. We can now offer High Quality business websites for 5k and under that can compete with websites that cost three times as much.
